Though not to the full in costume , each role player features a nod to their character . All told , it ’s an exciting bit of side marketing forThe Defendersand a dandy way to highlight Marvel ’s female fighters .

While Elektra and Black Widow unremarkably fight down on the same side , their sovereign streak and complicated histories imply they ’ve certainly come to blows before in the Earth of Marvel Comics . The most recent altercation get along from Marjorie Liu ’s excellent discharge onBlack Widow , which provided further sixth sense into the lives of both women .
