The last year has been a tough one for Marvel Television , with their successful partnership with Netflix come to an untimely final stage . It all commence with the cancellation ofIron Fistin October , and one by one the streaming colossus pulled the spark plug on all their Marvel shows .
The partnership had been a immense success , with no less than 13 seasons of Marvel action at law streaming exclusively on Netflix . But Netflix clearly felt it just was n’t quite functional out;viewing figure were droppingacross the intact range , and there were report of creative differences as well . Netflix decided to part agency , with Netflix instead focusing on other comic Holy Scripture adaptation such asThe Umbrella Academy .

In an interview withDeadline , Marvel Television foreman Jeph Loeb has admitted this was something of a rough experience for everyone in the company .
" The arduous part was while the situation at Netflix , which I really ca n’t go into other than to say that we were blindsided and the things that were to come were n’t complete yet . We were n’t quick to announce that , so there was this space in between it , so it did look like perhaps we were going to go out Then abruptly , we were uprise again like the Phoenix . "
Loeb raises an interesting stop when he notes that the cancellations came at quite a tough time for Marvel . The telly studio did have a lot of projects in the deeds - specially with Hulu , ranging fromHoward the DucktoGhost Rider- but none of them were ready to be announced yet . That meant Marvel had to take the reputational equipment casualty , well cognisant that some commentators would speculate they were in difficulty .
