If these season remain the pattern that has been established in the Marvel Netflix shows , they will likely build off of the ending ofThe Defenders . As such , they could contain extra hints aboutDaredevilseason 3 , but afford the finis , it seems unlikely that Daredevil will make an appearance .
At the end ofThe Defenders , Daredevil is presumed idle by his ally , having chosen to remain behind to confront Elektra at the bottom of the Hand ’s compound . An explosive caused the building to collapse a affair of seconds after Danny , Luke , and Jessica escaped . As a solution , everyone - including Matthew Murdock ’s protagonist Foggy Nelson and Karen Page - believe that they ’ve seen the last of Daredevil .
